File formats supported by SPIP

SPIP™ supports many microscope types including scanning probe microscopes, electron microscopes, interference microscopes, confocal microscopes, optical microscopes and profilers along with their file formats.

As a result, SPIP™ supports more than 100 different file formats from a range of manufacturers, including Asylum Research Center, Anasys Instruments, KLA Tencor, Bruker Nano, Hitachi, JPK Instruments, Omicron and many more.
